Operator and scope

ClubFit is operated by Farhan Ansari, an individual based in India. These terms cover the ClubFit app and related website.

Accounts and age limit

ClubFit is for users aged 13 and older. Under-13 users must not register or use the app.

Fitness, health and AI limitations

ClubFit provides general fitness and wellness information. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Current pricing and subscriptions

ClubFit is currently free to use during our early access rollout. Flexible subscription plans may be introduced in future updates. Third-party platforms and services may be governed by their own terms.

Community rules

Do not post harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, unlawful material, private information about others, or content you lack rights to use.

Account removal and privacy requests

Use the app’s Profile → Delete Account option or visit our account deletion page.

Your legal rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Material contractual changes should be brought to your attention.
